Center Spoke has a unique approach to leadership development. We’ve spent the better part of a decade crafting a Peer Coaching program to build self-aware team members who bring optimism and caring to the workplace. The supportive community helps participants recognize self-limiting beliefs and acknowledge the bias within an organization’s structures and processes. Transparency builds empathy and awareness and senior leaders become advocates and partners in building more equitable and dynamic organizations.
