Women’s Leadership
Our Approach
We begin with a community launch where you learn about our approach to leadership development as well as basic coaching skills. Next, we form peer coaching groups that meet weekly for 8 weeks to support you as you take leadership action and build your leader identity. We meet again as a group mid-way through the experience to further develop your coaching skills and share our individual successes and challenges. At the end of the 8 weeks we meet for a final time to celebrate individual and collective accomplishments - you will leave our program feeling valued and empowered and part of a community of meaningful connections.
Outcomes
1. Stronger leadership skills and confidence in those skills
2. An awareness of the unseen barriers that shape the path to leadership and the stories you tell yourself about your leadership potential
3. High-impact coaching skills
4. A new community and network of trusted advisors

Women’s Advocacy Champion
Our Approach
The program launches with an introductory session where participants learn how their default behaviors and preferences are part of a system that creates unseen and unacknowledged barriers for women that result in uneven access to success. Leaders will also review best practices in coaching. Peer coaching groups that will meet weekly for 4 weeks will be formed. This group will serve as your community of practice - in which you will identify an advocacy goal and conduct weekly experiments to acknowledge and challenge these barriers, and develop organizational structures and systems that are inclusive, transparent and allow your employees to bring their best and brightest thinking to the table.
Through targeted learning sessions and peer learning groups, leaders will use dialogue and reflection to set goals and take meaningful actions that improve organizational life for everyone. At the end of four weeks we will meet to wrap up the program, share learnings and create a plan to address system policies and procedures that will shift your organizations’ culture to one of inclusion, innovation; a place were all employees can bring their best and brightest thinking to the table.
Outcomes
1. Enhanced skills as an advocacy champion
2. Awareness of and ability to challenge your default behaviors and preferences which contribute to inefficient organizational practices
3. Enhanced coaching and inquiry-based skills
4. A new community and network of trusted advisors
Who should attend?
→ Senior leaders committed to building equitable and dynamic organizations, leaders who want to continue to develop the language, mindsets, and tools to till the soil so others can thrive. Join us if you don’t want to simply espouse the values of equity and inclusion, but want to live them
We’re looking to empower under-represented groups by creating more inclusive organizations.

Companies
We want to work with you, too. Here’s what we’ve learned from our 10+ years working with organizations to create equitable workplace cultures: It’s helpful for you to have done some work first. So ask yourself the following:
What commitments (public and internal) has your organization made to addressing the gender leadership gap and developing your female staff/leaders?
Who is championing these efforts in your organization?
What resources is your organization prepared to devote to the challenge (time and money?)
